Wedding Performer Did We had a clear agreement for 1.5 hours of live performance during the ceremony, but the performer only provided approximately 30 minutes of incomplete and unprofessional service.

Key issues:
• Their keyboard was not working at the start, and instead of troubleshooting properly, the officiant—who has no musical background—was the one who got it working.
• Even after that, the performer did not engage my guests with instrumentals or singing. They sat visibly upset and did not fulfill their contracted role.
• When they finally attempted to perform (as I walked down the aisle), it was inconsistent and unrecognizable humming. None of my guests realized there was supposed to be live entertainment.
• The DJ ultimately had to step in and cover the ceremony music, which I had already provided separately.

This was an important and emotional moment of my wedding day, and it was completely mishandled. I paid for 1.5 hours of live music and did not receive the contracted service. The performer’s actions caused me distress, embarrassment, and a ruined part of my ceremony.

Nephari sang and played the piano at my father's memorial services. Her melodious voice soothed our souls. Her piano performance was stellar. The event was created on ques and she hit them all , in the back ground this where scrambling and unorganized but my guest never knew because the music was so amazing, I thought that she was gonna Bluetooth songs from her phone .but when she sung them all I was so surprised & amazed and happy.
