As an event planner, with me, you can expect a committed, timely, and professional experience. Although I am creative, I am also very detailed and organized. (Most people say I am a unicorn lol.)

At the same time, the audience would get the full benefit of my attention and experience hearing original poetry pieces delivered with passion and purpose. They would feel something, be moved in some capacity, and leave with their cup just a little fuller than it was before.

Tekira Briscoe is a poet and blogger passionate about writing and storytelling. She hosts writing workshops and continues to perform on various stages around Los Angeles and elsewhere. Sown in Light, her debut poetry collection is a love letter to her youth, faith, and experience growing up in the Apostolic faith.
