I am a bedroom pop/psychedelic busking, wistful wanderer singer songwriter. You can expect howling Appalachia uptempo and crooning autobiographical love songs. Love songs about people, life and music. I mix emo, folk, punk, ballad and experimentation as a solo act with the classic voice-acousic guitar-foot percussion set up. A show should be a great time, no matter what! For fans of Connor Oberst, Cass McCombs, Billy Bragg, Jake Bugg and Bob Dylan. Let's make memories!
Yes I think so!
Nat's music is full of raw, awesome energy that is hard to put into words! You just feel it immediately, HIS music being a part of you. You are just sucked into it & transported by it. There are so many different vibes in there. It's like a weird mix of The Cure, Nirvana, Pink Floyd--there's also that old school, punk air about him. He is definitely a mystery--one that becomes more mysterious as the music flows. Definitely one of the best performances I've seen, heard, and felt.

Usually I am very loud and passionate. Emotions have to come out so I can connect with the event planners and audience. This isn't appropriate all the time, so I also have a quiet/ambient/slower/more mindful approach to doing ballads or relaxing music of that's what your event requires instead.
If it's the usual raucous, expect banter, jokes, high volume, high intensity songs pounded out on an acoustic 6 string while I wail, croon, harmonize with the strings, tell stories, holler.
If your event is laid back, I have a sweet set of experimental ambient chill music provided by keyboard, customized to the mood/reason for your event or the location's atmosphere. The keyboard set compliments a long hand percussion solo.
A cosmic-psychic connection to the keyboard propelled my musicianship until I got into making cassette tapes and CDs. No longer in and out of lo fi rock bands and no longer interested in running a diy label, I am a street performer and house show crooner!
To make it easier on you, no requirements.
A set can be stream of consciousness or based on the requests of the buyer. I have a lot of originals. Some covers I do are Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Marcy Playground.
thurston moore, the ramones, nick drake, link wray, a minor forest, lincoln, tom waits, songs ohia, cat power
I do not require these.
I don't really require anything since I'm used to busking. If your event is hooked up to a PA sound system, I want to sound check before the event and tweak the sound so it sounds it's best.
