Nan played at our wedding in Charlottesville, VA. She learned a song we had chosen for the performance and her rendition was beautiful and professionally done. Nan is an excellent guitarist and her voice is just lovely. She is a pleasure to work with and we would recommend her for any event!

Nan is a phenomenal, beautiful vocalist and an absolute pleasure to work with!! 11/10 recommend - best decision! We hired her to play at our wedding for the ceremony and cocktails. We gave her a sense for the music we'd love to hear (she nailed the vibe) as well as the songs we wanted played as I walked down the aisle and as my husband and I exited. She was extremely willing to learn them both and did a spectacular job. Multiple people pulled me aside to comment on how amazing she was. Nan brought life and happiness to this special day and I couldn't be more thankful for her!!! Thank you, Nan!!

Nan Macmillan is a folk singer, songwriter and guitarist currently based in Brooklyn, NY. She received her Masters degree from Berklee College of Music, and has been performing solo and with bands since 2018. She's worked with Alex Bingham (Hiss Golden Messenger) and Matt McCaughan (Bon Iver) on her newest album, 'From Both Eyes', coming out March 2024.
