Mz Bree & Funk Tyme Soldiers take R&B cover music and funk it up in our own way. Some songs maybe groovy, some in a 'grown' folks go-go pocket and others just R&B. We have a mixture of R&B Cover music in a 'Funky Style'. WE MAKE IT FUNKY!!!

About the Band
Mz Bree & Funk Tyme Soldiers were found by Mz Bree in 2015 as Ecstatic Band then later was renamed to Mz Bree & Funk Tyme Soldiers. The band consist of former Military Soldiers and very talented musicians who has played with many groups and celebrities over the years. The group does cover music of the 80's on up to the 2000's. We take the structure of the music and make it our own and 'We Make It Funky".

About Mz Bree~
Mz Bree was raised singing in church from the age of 7. She was one of the background singers for the Savannah Baptist Church Choir in Spotsylvania, VA. and sang with her daddy and uncle a few times with the Spirit of Bumpass, Gospel Men Church group. Mz Bree grew up in VA and after graduating from high school in the late 80's she moved to South (as we will say, SOUF) East, Wasgington DC. from there on, Mz Bree remained in the music and joined her first gigging band in the early 2000's singing as a back ground singer then became the primary lead vocalist. In 2015, Mz Bree started her own band called 'Ecstatic' and then later changed the name to Mz Bree & Funk Tyme Soldiers. Mz Bree sing cover music of her Artist: Gladys Knight, Mary J. Blige, Frankie Beverly, Vivian Green, Jill Scott, Chaka Khan, Mother Finest and many, many more. Mz Bree love singing and enjoy what she do.

please be sure to have a flat sold, dry ground/stage or deck if outside. At least 2 15 in speakers, 2 to 3 montiors, 2 18 in or more, subwoofers, backline set up, PA system.
