May 25, 2025We absolutely LOVED having Mystica the mermaid at our daughter’s birthday party! Communication before the party was great. Everyone loved her performance, even the adults. It was so fun to watch the kids and see how excited they were. She did so much stuff with them! She took pictures with each kid, gave out face jewels, played games, sang songs, swam with them, splashed them with her tail, read them a book, and gave each kid a wish bracelet. It was so fun! We absolutely loved it and it was so worth it to see the joy on the kid’s faces! Our daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it yet! Highly recommend Mystica!

Fire Dance Shows:
any mixture of fire poi (spinning fire balls on rope), fire double batons, fire fans, fire headdress, fire hip belt, palm torches, fire sword balancing on head, fire wings, snake poi (fire rope spinning), fire umbrella, Lycopodium torches, and fire eating!
-The fire dancer will always be accompanied by an equipped fire safety specialist to ensure a safe performance.
Belly Dance Shows:
-Can include traditional or fusion style belly dance!
-Traditional Props: balancing a plate of candles on my head, balancing a sword on my head and body, isis wings, fan veils, silk veil, veil poi, and flag spinning!
-LED props: LED white or rainbow isis wings, LED fan veils, LED palm lotuses, LED poi ball spinning, LED double batons, LED Russian fans, fiber optic pixel whip, and an LED costume!
-Fire options: fire poi (spinning fire balls on rope), flaming headdress, flaming hip belt, fire fans, fire sword balancing on head, palm torches, snake poi (fire rope spinning) and fire eating! The fire dancer will always be accompanied by an equipped fire safety specialist to ensure a safe performance.
LED Shows:
-Glowing "angelic" white belly dance costume or glowing rainbow carnival costume are both available!

Carnival Shows:
-Clown Make-up is optional!

I have experience teaching and performing dance and movement practices to both adults and children! I have studied belly dance and fire dance with many teachers in California, Oregon, Montreal, India, Texas and online. I love both classic and fusion dance styles!
I have a certificate in Holistic Health from San Francisco State University. I understand how dance can exercise both the mind and body for optimal overall well-being!
