Canadian singer/ songwriter/ producer, MYLA has been recognized for her diverse vocal abilities, unique songwriting and creative productions - active in the music fields of RnB, Jazz, Folk, Rock, Soul, World, Electronic & Fusion. She sings and performs acoustic guitar or piano either solo, as a duo, or with her band, "Myla & the Fix". She's an example of a songwriter that strongly encourages more depth and authentic diversity, promoting less following suit and protocol in the music industry that we witness today. Convinced that music only ever existed to exploit the truth within, and to deliver it in an attractive, yet expanding way, that humanity could be drawn in to broaden their perspectives & experiences.

Originally from Alberta, and formerly living in Toronto ON., and B.C., she's now a resident of Regina. Myla has accomplished both a Vocal Performance Diploma, and a Music Production & Engineering Diploma from Selkirk College in Nelson, BC. MYLA (Mandy Ebel) has many music releases on iTunes and digital retailers, but more so in the Electronic-Pop-Eclectic genres (released under the artist names; Myla & Dafusia's - formerly: “Hawri ‘n’ Mandy”). This 2016 MYLA's been working on her new Acoustic-Jazz-Rock-Soul album which has been a long time coming and she plans to have it out later this year.

MYLA (Mandy Ebel) has also been acknowledged both Nationally & Internationally, receiving Awards for her songwriting & musical attributes by CTV Globals, Fred Sherratt Award (hosted by MUCH Music, MusiCan & JUNO Awards Coordinators), as well as Billboards International Songwriting Award & Mike Pinders International Songwars Competition. She has performed for festivals such as RIFF (Regina International Film Festival), Indie Week Canada, Kaslo Music Fest, WEMF (World Electronic Music Festival), Connect Music Festival, Phantasm & as well as many reputable clubs and cities in Canada from BC to Toronto, completing 3 Canadian tours.

Throughout all of Myla’s musical and travel experiences, from studying music and embracing her creative development in BC, and across the world to even India, Asia, France and Australia, to diving into the diverse arts and nightlife in Toronto, Myla has comprised a sound that one simply cannot replicate. Her soulful edgy vocals and unique writing and music blending is something rejuvenating that makes you fade into a musical journey, getting lost in her soaring melody’s, tasteful productions and captivating lyrics.
