Workshops can open or close with a powerful poetry performance, or be fully poetry-inspired by request. All sessions are rooted in love, compassion, and authenticity, guided by the belief that everyone has a light worth sharing.

Tired of the day to day, Victoria “MVP Speaks” Porter knew there was something MORE to life than what she was living. For years her life was plagued with depression, anxiety, low self-worth and low self-esteem.

Inspired by her mentor to STOP being a victim; Victoria took charge of her life and began seeking within, learning what her highest calling was and living a life full of love & joy!

As a single mother of four beautiful young men, residing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Victoria AKA “MVP Speaks” decided to fully commit to herself. She is committed to uplifting people using her gift to be able to SPEAK & committed to her love for the art of spoken word. This decision led her to discover her true power. Not to mention, becoming President for a term and developing her public speaking skills while working with the international recognized organization, Toastmasters. MVP has developed a very unique stage presence, transforming her Spoken Word Poetry with each public experience into Motivational Speaking.

MVP lights up every stage with excitement, enthusiasm, genuine passion, and a desire to INNERtain and shift the world with her words. Her Spoken Word Flow has been said to paint vivid pictures of hope and motivation with the vibe of today’s Hip Hop.
