100% professional equipment is what you expect, so 🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 provides just that. From small systems for smaller venues and events to sound reinforcement for huge tents or outdoor venues, 🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 brings the right equipment!
From elegant uplighting to lively light shows (you know, those spinning & flashing lights!) and stage lighting (16 channel par can floodlighting) and fog (yes, people still request it for special events) are available at special additional rates.
DJ Doctor Doug brings backup equipment for all key components: 🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 have never shut down due equipment failures! We can also supply (and have multiple times) our own generators, pop-up tents and tables (at reasonable rates) if the situation dictates.

Are there DJs who don't vary their selection by the reaction of the guests of the event?
🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 doesn't even wait until the event begins! We will meet with you (in person, on the phone, by email dialogs) to plan before we get there!
Our methodology is called 'Circulating the Dance Floor'. We know everyone has a genre or speed of song they prefer so 🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 plays only a few of a specific type before transitioning to another. 🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 also rotates the genres by who is dancing.
This gives everyone 'A Chance to Dance'.
When the occasion doesn't focus on dancing, we keep the speed AND volume to what is appropriate. Trust our decades of experience!
Influences and inspiration
🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 background came from Doug playing in wedding bands going back to the 70's (and continuing today).
We try to make our performance feel more like you are being entertained by a live band. 🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 can entertain, not just be a human iPod!
We are constantly evaluating who is dancing, who hasn't danced fro a while and alway keep special dances/song in mind. Our repertoire includes the original songs you remember, not some remake.
We KNOW the best dance songs from each era and genre and concentrate on the songs you know and enjoy.
Coming from Hamtramck, 🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 also grew up with a Polish spin on things and know the best of that genre having played dances & festivals specializing in that area. Now, we don't play 'polkas' all the time, only at those events when it is requested.
So, this means that 🅼🆂🆄🅳🅹 is ALWAYS influenced by YOU and your guests. This is the way it should be!
