December 11, 2025Ms. Shena was professional from the beginning of our relationship. Ms. Shena prepares for her performance, and calls with any questions she has with regard to her responsibilities ahead of time. She is prompt and courteous; she really cares about the people she is singing for with sensitivity and professionalism. I even asked her to sing extra songs she was not familiar with, and she came through with shining colors. The occasion was my husband's memorial service, and she knew how important the service was acting with a lot of compassion, not to mention singing beautifully, and meaningfully. I like her rendition of the songs I asked her to sing, and in my opinion the service was just like I had imagined because of her talent, and amazing voice. Melanie Clements Willis
