Washington, DC native Linda Whiting, affectionately known as “Ms. Lynn”, is a sassy, soulful songstress, actress and songwriter. She has a creative spirit and has always had a passion for the arts.

Linda comes from a family of musicians, singers, and songwriters and has been singing since her early youth with roots in the Baptist Church. Her singing style is eclectic and encompasses R&B, Neo-Soul, Gospel and Jazz.

Linda was the lead vocalist for The Decades Band from 2016 to 2018. She’s also lead and managed her own band, No Hid’n Agenda from 2014 to the present. She has performed for crowds large and small in venues around the DMV to include the Mayflower Hotel, the National Golf Club, the Salamander Resort. She’s had recurring performances at Martinis White Plains, Middleton Hall Waldorf, Lucianna’s Brazilian Steakhouse and Everlasting Life Vegan Restaurant. She’s also made guest appearances on In the City with Crystal TV Show, KaZarr Coleman’s Born for The Stage TV Show, Live at VoxWav Radio Show, Cheryl Woods "Impact The World" Radio Show, HRAP Inc. Silent Wine/Art Auction at the Anacostia Arts Center, Mid Atlantic 7th Annual Saviors Day at Mosque #4, and EYSONU Production’s Benefit Concert.

In October 2018, she released of her 1st single "Inside Of Me" which highlights some of the struggles that many of us have encountered before realizing that God created us with everything that we need. Her song earned her an honor as a 2019 DC Wammie Finalist. In January and February 2020, she released two new singles “I Stopped Waitin” and “Daydreamin’”.

If hired for a solo gig, I would need a sound system with the ability to plug in a flash drive or iphone to play backing tracks.

If hired with musicians/band, I would need a sound system and my engineer to accompany me.
