MPeach is a Venezuelan-born, New York-based artist bridging Caribbean and Venezuelan traditional rhythms with cutting-edge electronic sound, shaping the future of Latin American music.
MPeach, aka Mariana Martín Capriles, is a Venezuelan multidisciplinary artist living in Brooklyn, NY. As a vocalist, producer, DJ, and audiovisual artist, she intertwines bass-heavy electronic sounds with rhythms rooted in traditional music. Having built a body of work that explores sounds of Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa, as well as the possibilities of these sounds in new electronic territories, MPeach lives in the liminal borderlands between honoring folk sounds rooted in rich cultural histories and envisioning the future of Latin American sound. By engaging Venezuelan folkloric music as a tradition that remains alive and evolving, she challenges stagnant notions of authenticity by creating work that is responsive to the forces that shape its creators, listeners, and dancers, using electronic music as a vehicle for preserving tradition in the collective memory.

She has toured across the United States, Latin America, and Europe. MPeach has released music with Dutty Artz, Abstractor, Nacional Records, Interscope, Majia, On the Corner, and her own imprint, Peachtwon. Her music appears in several official motion picture soundtracks, including films such as Piedra, Papel o Tijera and Skate Kitchen, as well as television series like HBO’s Betty. She has performed alongside Arca, Cardopusher also known as Safety Trance, DJ Babatr, DJ Yirvin, and Phran at the first-ever Boiler Room in Caracas, Venezuela.

ONE competent sound engineer. The volume of the engagement, both onstage and through the house system, shall be determined exclusively by the Artist (within the limits of equipment capacity). If the venue has dB restrictions, such shall be made known to the Artist team in writing at the time of signing of this Agreement. Artists shall not be responsible to pay any penalty or fine in connection with dB limits.

SAFETY: If required ONE Security guard stationed either in front of or to the side of the DJ booth. The artist and their team will not tolerate any discrimination or violence from the audience or the promoter's team. The artist reserves the right to refuse to perform if subjected to any form of violence from either staff or attendees.

LIGHTING: Darker stage is preferred with color spot lights on artist
