Movement + Breath
Overview
Movement + Breath + Sound
I create immersive, movement-centered experiences that go far beyond a standard class. Blending mindful movement and intentional breathwork I guide participants into a state of deep balance, release, and inner connection through kundalini inspired yoga.
With several years of experience, thousands of sound baths facilitated, and advanced training with leading scientists, Grammy-winning producers, and peace-makers, my sessions are both artful and science-backed. Every event is designed to uplift your guests, nurture their well-being, and leave them feeling transformed from the inside out.

Additional booking notes
Space requirements:
On location needs room for all yoga mats to be placed with a minimum of 1 foot in between each mat, plus room for the instructor to include the size of two yoga mats placed side by side.
Here are pros and cons for soundbaths inside and out:
Indoor Soundbath Pros:
✓ Enhanced vibrational experience (sound resonates more deeply indoors)
✓ Controlled environment, free from outside interruptions
✓ Easier to settle into deeper states of rest
Indoor Soundbath Cons:
— You’ll be indoors (if you were envisioning nature, this may feel limiting)
Outdoor Soundbath Pros:
✓ Immersed in nature—sun, breeze, trees, sky
✓ Ideal for grounding and seasonal alignment
Outdoor Soundbath Cons:
— Sound travels upward outdoors, so the vibrational effect is naturally softened
— Variables like noise, landscapers, traffic, or weather shifts may impact the experience
