Brett, the organizer, Andy, Steven, Bryan, and Elijah are are wonderfully talented musicians and Aki, the sound engineer all combined to give Colorado Live Steamers a concert we will never forget! The music was fantastic in spite of the rain and cold temperatures. The kept us dancing! Any one needing this Blue Grass group of musicians will have all of their expectations exceeded. I hope we can make this an annual event! Any railroad organization should consider having this concert at an event.

I hired the Coal Creek String Band to perform at a donor event at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. They were absolutely wonderful!! They played instruments only (no vocal) because it was during a reception where people were mingling, networking etc. Top notch music!! I will definitely use this group again in the future....maybe with vocals next time!!!

What to expect
MTSB can be booked in a variety of arrangements to suit your needs, from a duo to a full five-piece band. They've been known to throw rousing barn dances with authentic old time Appalachian music, but if you prefer, they're also well versed in all sub genres of bluegrass, Americana, and country. The band can even provide their own sound system to fill your guests ears!
