Mountain Coast Adventure

Working with Jason and Mountain Coast Adventure was a great experience! His clarity and responsiveness throughout pre-production and on-site made planning effortless, even with a full conference schedule and multiple moving parts. The communication was also swift, even though we were 8 hours apart due to different time zones.
The quality of the footage was excellent: beautifully composed, steady, and well lit. All files labeled and delivered on time.
Audio was handled with equal care. The dual-path recording setup and 32-bit backups ensured clean, reliable sound across both roaming and stationary captures, which gave us great flexibility in editing.
I am also grateful for coming an extra mile and connecting our team with a host, Mike, and the rest of our crew, always bringing a calm, can-do attitude that elevated the entire production.
As a tech company representative that participates in national conferences regularly, and I can confidently say this was one of the smoothest collaborations we’ve had. I truly appreciated the partnership and would love to work together again in the future!

I play in the band Friendly Reminders, and have since 2021. After years of feeling around in the dark, Jason proactively messaged me after seeing I had an upcoming Aggie performance. He explained the importance of audio/video recordings, and helped me devise a plan to capture the night! He was very easy to work with, got amazing footage of backstage and onstage, at a multitude of angles, and also took photos. The material he captured for us has taken us up to the next level of venues, and of professionalism. 10/10 would recommend
