• HDMI connection available for presentation slides
• Access to Wi-Fi if presentation requires internet access

Stage & Setup

• Well-lit speaking area or stage
• Podium optional
• Stool or small table for water optional
• Seating arranged to encourage audience engagement when possible

Event Support

• Point of contact available upon arrival for setup and coordination
• Access to venue at least 30–60 minutes prior to speaking time for sound check and preparation

Travel Requirements

For events outside the local area, travel and hotel accommodations may be required depending on distance and event schedule.
