March 19, 2023I hired Tanika for a Women's Conference that I hosted in Kansas City. After searching several speakers, I was drawn to her experience, anointing, and professionalism. I provided her with the theme, and the vision for the Conference. Covid impacted the event date, changing the event date 3 times, due to event restrictions. Tanika was extremely flexible, and still honored the original commitment of speaking. Even with very little communication before the Conference, Tanika arrived prepared, was very professional and pleasant and delivered an impactful heartfelt speech to the group. I watched as several women thanked her and and appreciated her words and encouragement that she gave to the group. If you are looking for a good speaker, look no more... she's a good one!

Tanika is also a co-founder of Be A Bridge & Elevate (BABE), an organization that uplifts women and connects communities. She has over 20 years' experience in the Financial Industry as a FINRA Registered Representative and is a certified FDIC/Smart Money Financial Literacy Trainer. Tanika has worked in case management and is NPCL Certified, which is the National Partnership for Community Leadership through Kansas and has taught personal and professional development training for a' Re-Entry Program.

Having worked in the Financial Industry for 15 years, I am a Certified Financial Literacy Trainer and was a Registered FINRA Representative with JP Morgan Private Wealth Management. I have spoken at community events, youth forums and inner city children and families. I am a survivor of domestic violence, endometriosis and have survived through the loss of a child and husband. From the help of God and my faith, I was able to rebuild my life, learn work life balance, and how to reinvent myself, as I returned to the workplace as a single mother. I speak not only from my education but life experience. I have a Degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University and I am working on completing a degree in Communication at IWU. I am currently a Training Facilitator currently for Connections to Success, Dress for Success and I teach recently released felons, as well as men and women who are unemployed, or underemployed. I have a heart for people and it shows it all that I do.
I am a game changer and my passion and desire is for others to see the face and hear the story of a survivor, an overcomer. I am a walking billboard of hope.
