From just following him on twitter (@MossDaBeast) it is very evident that Moss is no novice to the music business. Moss Da Beast is Chicago born and bred but at one point moved to Nashville for a few years. This allowed him to become very familiar with southern culture and gave him the opportunity to expand his knowledge of the music business. Now; with a 8 year background in management, Moss is working hard on his solo career. Every since his first mixtape release in August of 2010 he has been on a steady rise. Since then he has released several mixtapes (all available on (link hidden)). The Live From the elevator Tape that was released in late 2012 earned moss his First sponsorship thru Hoolegunz clothing. This project also inspired The Live From The Elevator documentary that is in progress to being added to netflix & until then is available via youtube. His first solo album Lebron Jordan Kobe is now out with singles such as “Got That Bag” which is available on Itunes, along with “Hangover” produced by Alabamas own super production team The BlockBeattaz . This all is In conjunction with his latest MixTape release titled MarLeySon mixtape series which helped Moss ink his 2nd and 3rd sponsorships with GoodTimes USA and LoveTag Apparel. Recently Moss was chosen as an official nominee and Hip Hop Performing Headliner at The Nashville Independent Music awards as Hip Hop artist of the year and Grinder of the year. Also nominated for the 2015 Southern Ent. Awards Mixtape artist of the Year award Moss was once told “I didn’t sell a million records until I met a million people” and that is the motto Moss now lives by as he travels and reaches out to his audience nationwide
