Moses Hall

Moses E. Hall is an award-winning commercial real estate broker, developer, entrepreneur, and investment professional based in Chicago. He is the founder and managing broker at MoHall Commercial & Urban Development, a full-service, client-centered commercial real estate brokerage committed to representing the interests of investors, landlords, tenants and property owners in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Moses’ career in real estate launched after becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2014, when he was offered a role as a real estate broker with Ani Real Estate. Over his three-year tenure with the company, he attained top producer status and consistently received 5-star client reviews on (link hidden) and (link hidden). In 2017, he stepped into a role as a senior investment broker specialist with Miller Chicago Real Estate, where he specialized in serving diverse clientele, including international investors from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He left the firm in January of 2019 to launch MoHall Commercial & Urban Development. The ultimate goal of his firm is to revitalize underserved communities on Chicago’s south side through visionary commercial real estate collaborations that maximize value and build wealth for all parties involved.

As one of Chicago’s rising business leaders, Moses’ work has been recognized through numerous awards and accolades. In 2019, he was recognized by Realtor Magazine’s 30 under 30 awards. His work has been highlighted in several publications, including Connect Commercial Real Estate Media. In 2016, he was accepted into the highly competitive Project Real Estate Associate Program (REAP). He completed the Community Investment Corporation Property Management course in January 2019 and is a current candidate looking to obtain his CCIM designation through the Cultural Diversity scholarship program.

An active community servant, Moses contributes his time as an expert advisor on several committees and boards. He is on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors and he also volunteers his time as the Illinois REALTORS® State Legislative contact with State Representative Marcus Evans. He currently serves as the 2020 National Association of Realtors Vice-Chair of the Commercial Economic Issues & Trends Forum and Chair as the Illinois REALTORS Global Business Council Committee.

Moses has recently launched MoHall Music Publishing, where he acquires the right to collect music royalties of some of your favorite celebrity catalogs. Current artist catalog includes, Grammy Award Winning Artist Chris Brown, R&B Singer Trey Songs and Award Winning Gospel Artist Tamela Mann and David Mann.
