💍 Step 1: Initial Connection
Once you inquire, we’ll connect to discuss your vision, ceremony style, location, guest count, and the overall atmosphere you want to create. Whether you’re planning an elegant wedding, intimate elopement, courthouse ceremony, or vow renewal, this is where we begin shaping your experience together.
💍 Step 2: Booking Your Date
To officially secure your wedding date, a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required. Once booked, your date is reserved exclusively for you.
💍 Step 3: Ceremony Questionnaire
You’ll receive a detailed ceremony questionnaire that allows me to truly get to know you as a couple — your story, personalities, relationship journey, special memories, values, family dynamics, and the type of ceremony you envision. This is where the magic begins.
💍 Step 4: Personalized Ceremony Creation
Your ceremony is custom-written and tailored specifically to you. I don’t believe in “cookie-cutter” ceremonies. I carefully weave together your love story, tone, preferences, and meaningful details into a ceremony that feels authentic and memorable.

💍 Step 5: Ceremony Review & Revisions
You’ll have the opportunity to review your ceremony draft before your wedding day. Minor edits and revisions are always welcome to ensure everything feels exactly right.
💍 Step 6: Rehearsal Coordination (if included or added)
If your package includes rehearsal coordination, I’ll help guide the wedding party through entrances, exits, timing, positioning, cueing, and overall ceremony flow so everyone feels confident and prepared.
💍 Step 7: Wedding Day
On your wedding day, I arrive early, professionally dressed, organized, and ready to help create a calm and meaningful experience. I coordinate with your planner, DJ, photographer, and venue team to help everything flow smoothly.
Most importantly — I hold space for your moment.
I believe ceremonies should feel genuine, emotional, joyful, and deeply connected to who you are as a couple. Whether your ceremony is filled with laughter, tears, quiet intimacy, or celebration, my goal is to make sure you feel present in every moment.

After your ceremony concludes, I will complete and sign your marriage license according to your state’s requirements. Depending on the county and state regulations, I will either return the license promptly or provide guidance on next steps.
