I’m known for fresh, well-balanced cocktails made with real ingredients. I don’t rely on pre-made mixers and prefer to use fresh juices and thoughtful combinations that taste as good as they look. September 13, 2026We had such a wonderful experience with our bartender for our micro wedding! She was efficient and professional from start to finish. She arrived early to get everything set up and was ready to go as soon as we finished our ceremony, which made the transition into cocktail hour seamless.
The drinks were absolutely amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how good everything was. She was also incredibly helpful leading up to the event by assisting us with our grocery list and making sure we had everything we needed. As an added bonus, she created a beautiful custom sign for our event that was such a thoughtful touch and looked perfect! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a bartender for their event!

August 29, 2023I hired Molly for my 40th birthday party. It was a casual event with about 50-75 people at my home. I was all over the place with drink offering ideas and she helped me narrow it down and provide a shopping list, including telling me where to pick up the best lime juice. She also helped find someone that I could hire to help out at the party. My guest said good things about her too. I’d hire her again for another event.

She came and setup before the guests arrived and took care of everything with the bar for the rest of the night, even helped us clean up a little. We didn't have to worry about a thing. She helped us create a specialty meu for the party, but also knew how to make other drinks off the menu that were still so good! All my guests were raving about her drinks the next day. Totally worth it to hire her!

I arrive fully prepared with all of my professional bar tools and equipment, so you don’t have to worry about the details behind the bar. I do require a suitable surface to work from, whether that’s an existing bar setup or one I can provide.
If needed, I can bring my own setup, including a 4-foot bar-height table for a more elevated look, along with a 6-foot backup table. Both are styled with clean black linens, and photos are available so you can see how they look at events.
I’m flexible when it comes to layout and can comfortably work in smaller or tighter spaces. The main requirement is a flat surface to ensure everything runs safely and smoothly. Paved or hard-packed dirt surfaces can work if needed.
If you have a specific vision for your event, you’re also welcome to rent a bar that fits your aesthetic. I’m happy to adapt to whatever setup works best for your space and style.
