My name is Francisco, and I am the founder of Mixology On Call. My journey in hospitality began with a passion for creating memorable experiences and connecting with people through exceptional service. Over the years, I have worked in restaurants, bars, and events throughout the Bay Area, developing a strong appreciation for hospitality, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction.
What started as a passion for cocktails and service grew into Mixology On Call, a mobile bartending company dedicated to bringing professional bar experiences directly to clients. I believe every event deserves outstanding service, great drinks, and genuine hospitality. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private celebration, my goal is to help create memorable moments that guests will remember long after the event ends.
Today, Mixology On Call proudly serves clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, combining professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to excellence at every event.
To ensure a smooth and successful event, we require access to a designated bar setup area, a sturdy table or bar space (unless a portable bar rental is included), and access to water and trash disposal when available. For outdoor events, a covered area is recommended in case of sun, wind, or rain. Clients are responsible for providing alcohol unless otherwise arranged. We recommend confirming guest count, venue details, and beverage selections at least two weeks prior to the event. Electrical access is appreciated but not required for standard bartending service.
