Client Flow
The tattoo station is set up like a pop-up studio at your event. Guests browse the flash design menu, sign a quick consent form, and then receive their tattoo in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Mini tattoos typically take about 20 minutes per person.
Guests pay individually if they choose to participate.
This allows attendees to flow naturally through the experience while others enjoy the party.
Additional Artists for Larger Events to keep the line moving and ensure more guests can participate during your event window.
Your tattoo bar is operated with professional tattoo equipment and proper sanitation standards. The setup is designed to feel polished and approachable while maintaining the same safety practices used in a licensed studio.

Aftercare
Each guest receives guidance on caring for their new tattoo. A protective bandage is applied after the tattoo, and guests receive simple aftercare instructions to help their tattoo heal beautifully.

Today, Viviane expands her practice through tattooing, creating thoughtful, minimalist designs that honor the intimate relationship between people and their body art.
Whether at a private event or intimate gathering, she offers two unique experiences: a henna or permanent tattoo bar that invites guests to slow down, connect, and leave with a meaningful piece of art.

The Mini Tattoo Bar is designed to operate as a clean, efficient pop-up tattoo station within your event space while maintaining professional tattoo studio standards.
Space Requirements
Approximately 10 ft x 10 ft of floor space at minimum
A stable table or workstation for equipment and supplies
Two chairs (one for the artist and one for the client)
Space for a small waiting area or guest queue
Power
Access to standard 110V outlet within 10–15 feet of the tattoo station
Lighting
We bring a portable task light, but access to good ambient lighting helps maintain a comfortable experience.
Setup Time
45–60 minutes prior to the event for setup
30 minutes after the event for breakdown
Health & Safety
The tattoo bar is operated using professional tattoo equipment and single-use sterile supplies. All sanitation practices mirror those used in licensed tattoo studios.
