Mikey G Stand Up Comedian

Michael Gordon aka Mikey G is a producer, stand up comic, pro wrestler, and havok causer (is that a word?)

Mikey was born July 6th 1983 in St Louis MO where he lived until he was 30 then moving to Santa Cruz CA where he resides currently. Mikey was trained to be a pro wrestler in 200 at the age of 16 and was the second youngest wrestler to be licensed in the state of Missouri, the first being long time close friend Matt Korklan aka Matt Sydal/Evan Bourne. Mikey has little recognition as a performer doing so at The Gathering of the Juggalos in 2010 and 2011, his biggest accomplishments in pro wrestling have come as a promoter and local hero. Currently he produces a weekly pro wrestling tv show called GET FIST'd TV that airs locally in Santa Cruz and episodes can be found on youtube.

Mikey's adventures in stand up comedy started in 2009 as host of a local radio show called Party Animal Radio. Mikey hosted a weekly comedy and variety open mic and began to write funny parody songs with his cousin Brad. They formed a band known as The Beach Bum Alcoholics. This band was an opening act for cult icon Afroman from 2011 until 2013 as Mikey was not only the opening act ubt also the national tour manager for Fro. Hitting stages doing the funny songs across the country and telling jokes all the while, Mikey began to focus more on a solo comedy career in 2013.

Mikey moved to the west coast in early 2014 and quickly became a part of the local comedy scene. Mikey teamed with transplant comedian Lucia Tuman to produce smaller comedy tours using the skills Mikey picked up from booking Afroman and his own tours. The two quickly learned the ropes of the west some say, the best coast and began working in closely with many 420 businesses. Mikey and Lucia began getting booked for large 420 festivals like High Times Cannabis Cup, The HempCon events, and many other high profile pro-cannabis events.

In 2015 Mikey began to book a 420 brand of comedy known as The Cotton Mouth Comedy Tour. This tour was a unique tour geared towards a pro-420 audience in a pro-420 atmosphere. Fast forward to today and Mikey has booked shows in 16 states in 2016 thus far with plans for more. Along with monthly pro wrestling shows and an on stage performance to work on, Mikey's days are busy.
