We hired Sean as Santa Claus for the first three weekends of December, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience he brought to our pet supply store, Wag’n Tails, in Coronado. Sean is an absolute professional and a phenomenal actor who exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment he donned the red suit, Sean became Santa. His energy, charisma, and authentic portrayal immediately drew in crowds and created a magical atmosphere outside our storefront. Positioned on a bench in front of our window, Sean didn’t just play Santa—he embodied the spirit of the season. He engaged warmly with everyone, from young children to pet owners walking by, and made each interaction feel special and personal.
The free photos we offered with Santa (at our own cost) turned out to be one of the best business decisions we’ve ever made. Sean’s presence brought in an incredible number of new customers—around 60% of the people who stopped by were first-timers, and at least half of them made a purchase during their visit. His charm and professionalism directly contributed to the success of this initiative, not only spreading joy but also driving tangible business results.
Sean’s ability to create a festive and welcoming environment is unmatched. His attention to detail, from his mannerisms to the way he interacted with our customers and their pets, was perfect. He made everyone feel at ease and left them with unforgettable memories of their visit to our store.

They made our Christmas Eve come alive! While we knew they had other engagements following ours that evening, we really wanted them to stay!!! Everyone was singing and dancing and having a wonderful time. They arrived timely, were dressed perfectly for the occasion, even sang a custom song request for us. The Exhuberant Improv group was very responsive to communication, often responding in minutes via text. We spoke several times to confirm details and they showed up exactly on time. They did a phenomenal job incorporating the audience into the show and being a bit edgy but still very respectful as we discussed. The entire audience was hysterical throughout the show. As the event coordinator, I had many people come up and say how funny they were. They were very easy to work with and I definitely recommend them!

Right from the start this team impressed.
Sean booked the gig on short notice and was very professional/patient with me in regards to my requests and in dealing with me via phone /text as I got through my work day. My responses were slow because I had my hands full but he understood and never wavered.

What to Expect
For improv comedy shows: We will come to your location and perform a 1-hour (or custom-length) improv comedy show! We usually bring 3 actors and we'll be sure to get info about your VIPs beforehand so we can highlight them during the show!
For Christmas carolers or musical groups: We will show up looking and sounding great to provide musical ambiance for your special event.
