I'm a guitarist who's been performing for 30 years. I can provide three guitar styles for your event: acoustic guitar with vocals, jazz, or classical.
First I perform acoustic guitar and sing and play songs from the 60's to today.
Second I perform jazz guitar with backing tracks.
Lastly I perform classical guitar for wedding ceremonies and events.
I can mix these styles for a single event too.

I'm an experienced guitarist/vocalist who has been performing music for over 30 years. I provide three types of guitar styles for events: acoustic guitar with vocals, instrumental jazz, and classical.
I perform acoustic guitar with vocals if you would like that type of traditional singer/acoustic guitar entertainment for your event. I cover a range of material from the 50's to today so I'm sure to perform music that your guests will know and enjoy. This style of guitar is usually requested by clients who want music played for people to sing or dance along to at private parties, cocktail/dinner hour events, or wedding receptions. I have 100's of songs in my repertoire and I'm sure to play songs that are crowd favorites to entertain your guests and provide them with a good time.
I perform jazz guitar with backing tracks and I play jazz instrumentals of standards such as "Fly Me To The Moon", "Blue Skies", "Paper Moon", for your wedding reception or private event. This style of guitar is usually requested from me by clients who want background music for cocktail hours, dinner events, corporate events, etc--any place where light background music is desired to set an upscale vibe. Always professional, I pride myself in providing my clients with quality musicianship and also making sure I am responsible, reliable and flexible to work with.
I also provide classical style guitar for clients who desire that type of entertainment for their event. This guitar style is frequently requested for wedding ceremonies and since I sing I can provide vocals with my classical guitar playing when requested for special songs that may be desired.
I can also mix these styles for events. For example I have done weddings where I played classical guitar for the ceremony, jazz guitar for the cocktail hour, and then acoustic guitar with vocals for the reception so please consider my versatility when choosing your entertainer.
Lastly I DJ for events where clients may want a mix of light background live music for a wedding ceremony or dinner hour events but want a party atmosphere for dancing towards the end.

I was born in the 60's and the 70's singer-songwriter era was a big early influence on me. Artists like James Taylor, Jimmy Buffet, The Eagles, Cat Stevens, Bob Dylan... were all influences on the music I liked and learned.
I went to college in the 80's and to me that was the golden age of college radio so played in a lot of bands through the 80's and 90's that covered the underground progressive and alternative music of those decades.
Since the '00's I've been performing both as a solo act as well as played in many band projects over the years. I have also perform much of the current hits as well as many artists from Country, Motown, Blues, and Rock .
I don't require any equipment to do what I do. Usually a cleared area that has access to AC power is usually all I require.
