Mike is from a small, impoverished town called Kilmichael, MS. Mike suffered from a stuttering problem as well as being an overweight kid. These two ingratiates were a recipe for bullying, which Mike often received. Through several mindset shifts that Mike covers in this book, Mike overcame these obstacles to become a successful speaker and author.
Overcoming a stuttering problem to become a professional speaker is a testimony, but Mike didn’t stop there. Mike is a serial entrepreneur. He has started numerous businesses, from app development to real estate. Mike teaches students how entrepreneurship can teach them the skills they need to apply to any career field by learning to take on responsibilities as if they owned it.
