Each room runs about 30 minutes and is designed for 4–6 players at a time, with multiple rounds available throughout your event.

We handle everything from delivery and setup to hosting and teardown, making it turnkey for your team. Mid-Atlantic Escape Rooms – Technical Requirements

We operate from a fully mobile 13-foot peaked tent that is set up and broken down by our team. Each escape room is a self-contained, immersive experience that requires minimal support from the event host. Below are the technical and logistical requirements:

Space Requirements:
Minimum footprint: 15 ft x 15 ft flat surface (indoor or outdoor)

Ceiling clearance: at least 13 ft if indoors

Flat, dry surface required for setup (grass, pavement, carpet, etc.)

Power Requirements:
One standard 110V outlet (10–15 amps) within 100 ft of setup

We bring extension cords and power strips if needed

If no power is available, we can provide a portable battery system (upon request)

Setup/Teardown Time:
Setup Time: Approximately 60–90 minutes

Teardown Time: 45–60 minutes

We arrive early to ensure the experience is ready before your event begins

Guest Capacity & Flow:
Recommended for groups of 4–6 players at a time

Each session runs 25–30 minutes

Can accommodate 8–10+ groups per 4-hour event (based on flow)

Great for festivals, school rotations, and corporate breakout schedules

Age Range:
Designed for ages 10 and up

Puzzles are age-appropriate and scalable for teens, adults, and families

Some themes may be slightly spooky or mysterious, but never gory or inappropriate

Younger children (ages 7–9) can participate with older teammates or adult supervision

Accessibility:
Our tent is ground-level with no steps or platforms

Some puzzles involve reaching, crawling, or bending—but we can adapt for accessibility with advance notice

Lighting & Sound:
Ambient lighting is built-in and adjustable based on theme and setting

No additional lighting or sound systems are required from the venue

We use self-contained battery-powered lighting and optional low-volume sound effects

Weather Considerations (Outdoor Events):
Our tents are weather-resistant, but not designed for heavy wind or downpours

In the event of severe weather, we recommend relocating to an indoor or covered space
