Mick McKenna All Clean Comedy

Mick was professional and courteous. He was set up well before his time slot. It was a tough situation being at a party with people milling about and talking while Mick performed, so several jokes fell flat. The people who were paying attention found him very funny. But his act would be better suited for a crowd that was there to see him - a lot of his jokes are more "thinking" humor like why we have braille on the drive through ATMs. Thanks for making the trek out - I'm sorry our guests were so distracted.

Mick McKenna performed comedy for my parents' birthday party/25th anniversary party. Booking him was one of the very best decisions when planning the event - his excellent performance made our party memorable! Communicating promptly from the start, Mick was very professional (to be expected after a long comedy career studded with cool credentials such as script writing for the BBC and Craig Ferguson!), very to-the-point, affordable, and helpful. He arrived early, started on time, and delivered a great show that was geared specifically towards my parents and had them laughing in no time. He's quite the charming personality. I think it was a curveball to be performing for such a small (only 16 guests!) group in an cozy, intimate restaurant setting as opposed to a the norm of a much bigger audience, but he handled himself with grace and did an awesome job of including everyone. :) We LOVED his uniqueness and the set that he did. Highly recommend him for your next event, big or small! Many thanks for being the highlight of the party!

Mick McKenna was hilarious and awesome to work with! Definitely will hire him again and for longer! (Sorry Mick I have never hired a comedian before!) if you want your crowd laughing, hire Mick he is hilarious!
