Overview
I am Micheall Reed, after more than forty years in the music business I am now offering an acoustic show featuring hits from the 1960’s and 70’s. Everything is a hit that way everyone can sing along. The show concentrates on real acoustic music, not just acoustic covers of electric rock songs. Also, I believe a musician should know their music by heart. My stage presence is one of professional integrity in looks and sound.

What to expect
My song selection is not like many other performers. I concentrate on hits, no "B" sides, no originals, you will know everything I play. I can adapt to any situation from a small group to thousands, I have the sound and lighting equipment to offer a professional sound and stage presence. You can expect my shows to move fast, there is not a lot of time between songs and the volume level will be appropriate for the venue. My act is very family friendly with no objectionable language or songs. I show up at least an hour before the start time and pack up within minutes of completing my show. I work alone, but I will sometimes have a bass player working with me, depending on schedules. I also do not drink any alcohol during my shows.

I include many songs from artist such as America, James Taylor, The Beatles, Bread and many others. My show is very laid back and family friendly and I think it would be a good match for your venue and customers.
Additional booking notes
I can provide sound and lighting do handle any size venue, from a small club to a large outside gathering. I prefer to have a covered stage for outside shows, and at least one 30 amp outlet. I can also perform with no power utilizing the latest in sound equipment that will run on built in battery power, up to six hours. This opens up the possibility to perform in parks, or any outdoor locations where electrical connections would not be accessible.
