My 4 year old and her friends really enjoyed her surprise guest! The adults did too! Lol The Snow Queen character was perfect down to the beautiful singing and mannerisms! We had a blast! Highly recommended!

The princesses were 45 minutes late. It made the entrance weird and they had to set up with kids watching. The owner never apologized or offered any kind of discount. For 280 plus tip I would have excepted things to run more smoothly.

This is the owner. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes. we pride ourselves on offering the very best service, and this was not a normal circumstance for us. The party was scheduled at 11 the characters were to arrive early for setup but unfortunately due to weather and traffic they were late. The characters stayed an extra 30 minutes to make up for the time loss. Thank you for your honest review. I have followed up wifh you via e-mail please let me know what we can do to correct this.

We offer realistic mermaids in or out of water. who sing. We also offer facepainting at a flate rate for hour, or paid per face. Our mermaid braids are attached to hair ties for a unique style that can be used over and over again!

Additional booking notes
mermaids need 45 min before your start time to get set up, without guest seeing them. If stairs, we need space to get into the tail after the stairs, where no one can see us (once in the tail, we can not go up or down stairs)
face painting takes 15 min to set up. We also take custom colors for our hair braids, 48 hour notice needed for customs.
