Mermaid Serendipity has had a love and appreciation for Mermaids ever since she was a very young girl. It has always been her dream to grow a beautiful tale of her own and explore the world beyond the waters edge.

Serendipity was first exposed to Mermaid life from her interactions with other Mermaids and Mermaid enthusiasts through DragonCon, A multi-genre and pop culture convention held in her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.

Serendipity has always had a passion for art and creativity and graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2008 with a Bachelor in Fine Arts which she uses to develop her own fantastical costumes and creations.

It wasn’t until Serendipity had the amazing fortune to move to the beautiful islands of Hawaii that she really discovered her Mermaid inklings. Over her 3-year stay she participated in monthly Mermaid meet-ups and then received her first big break as a Mermaid Extra on the CBS reboot TV show Hawaii Five-0.

Serendipity has over 8 years of performance art experience and has made appearances in live theater productions, high profile events, TV, film and photography!

Mermaid Serendipity will only book swimming events with a safe swimming resource such as a public or private pool.
If you are renting a venue with a pool please be sure to inquire if the use of mermaid tail or mono-fin equipment use is permitted.
Mermaid Serendipity is happy to swim with children provided they are able to swim on their own or are provided the proper safety equipment such as life vests or arm floats if they are not strong swimmers.
Mermaid Serendipity is not a baby-siting service and at least 1 adult for every 3 children must provide supervision either in the pool or with in 5 feet of the pool.

For dry events Mermaid Serendipity is happy to provide a decorative seating arrangement to be set up at your event or the client may provide a suitable seating arrangement upon Mermaid Serendipity's approval.

Mermaid Serendipity is unable to arrive wearing her tail as it does not fit in most vehicles and will need an area to change.
