Jessica, I'm so surprised at your review. First, you never asked if we were signing. I said "performance" and thats what we did. Your inital request you asked for an "Actress"not a singer. You requested characters to walk around in costume and interact. We did WAY more than that. I offered you a performance, you did not request that. Winnie Sanderson does actually sing but some clients like to hear Bette Midlers voice (from the HP movie) If you had said something right then and there, she could have sang. Instead you asked for business cards and said everyone loved us. If you were disappointed, why not talk to me then? Why ask for business cards? In your review, you said you were told we would sing. I looked back at our chats, I never told you we would sing, if you requested that, our Winnie could sing. She is a singer. You mentioned "you anticipated singing." So that sounded like you just assumed she would sing but you never asked me directly about that. Most people want the audio from the movie.
And our performance was something I offered to you. Your initial request you never mention any type of singing or a performance. You asked for mingling with guest in character. I offered more than you requested.
You seemed very happy and thanked us, told us others wanted business cards and the 2 little girls who danced with us all night followed us to the door and didn't want us to leave. They said before we arrived the "party was boring." Many of your guests were up dancing with us as well.
I'm sorry for the miscommunication on the performance. If you had told me that night, she could have sang but you didn't bring it to my attention right then and there. You had us perform in a very tiny space, in the kitchen, hard to really move around so perhaps that was the issue too. In your review you mention us bringing a speaker. Did you expect an 8 piece band to fit in that tiny kitchen, you had us perform in?
