From the moment he arrived, Charles was wonderful. He was on time, incredibly professional and so well presented. More importantly, he interacted so naturally with our families and made everyone feel completely comfortable. He was warm, pleasant and never intrusive, which mattered so much on a day that was deeply personal and centred around family. In fact, he made such an impression that several of our family members asked for his contact details for their own future events!
We received our photographs within the agreed time, and they were exactly what we had hoped for. He captured the day beautifully and gave us memories of such an important moment in our lives that we will always treasure.
