Overview
Melodic Village is a trusted source, a multigenre band NYC/NJ based (willing to travel) who performs covers AND originals. Curating our setlists based on clients favorite songs and requests, we really take pride in our name and we love what we do. Music is life! We have been grateful enough to experience performing on many stages whether that be at Resorts World Casino, Empire Casino, Dekalb Mall, and so much more! We love togetherness and connecting with people through music. Our mission is to be an add on to your special day and/or venue by providing our sound, our stage presence and overall entertainment. No matter the genre or occasion, we’re here to bring the dance village to you!

Melodic Village played an event for me in the East Village and were a whole vibe. They played a strong soul/rnb set for my party and had the aunties and uncles jamming. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing experience! They played all the songs I grew up listening to and perfectly mixed in newer music too. One minute we were in the disco era, then salsa dancing, then fist pumping to pop hits from Michael Jackson and the best of the 80’s and 90’s. My guests could not stop raving about the band several people even asked for their contact information after the party was over.
They kept the energy going for four straight hours and never missed a beat. Professional, on time, fun, and a complete joy to work with. We even had a few special requests and they happily accommodated them. For our next big family celebration, we already know who we’re calling. Highly recommend!

Founded by independent artists Chrissy.R, The Melodic Village Band is a NYC/NJ based multigenre band, a collective of singers and instrumentalist who share a deep appreciation of melodies and community. Chrissy found it difficult to connect with trustworthy people within the industry but always knew music was her calling, and decided to make her own table as well as giving other singers a platform to shine on stage in their artistry. As for any occasion, bringing out the best time by delivering our sound and stage presence to your events is what Melodic Village is here for. And because we’re a multigenre band we’re able to curate our setlists based on your requests whether that be Disco, R&B, Rock, Pop Reggae, Reggaeton, Salsa, Motown and etc more.
