During a cocktail hour, brunch, or dinner party the group would play background music for a portion or the entirety of the event. There would be a duo to a quartet sized group performing (determined by the clients request). The group would play in 1-1 1/2 hour sets with 10-15 minute breaks in between each set. The music would be low to medium intensity with a moderate volume throughout. Background music services are also available for award ceremonies, anniversary events, and similar style events.

For smaller events, quality solo saxophone is available. I would play in with backing tracks with a small pa(sound) system during the set. This option is great for programs on a tighter budget. High quality performance without having to pay an entire band. 'Roaming' saxophone (I would walk around the venue and play to increase interaction) can be requested for a higher rate. Solo saxophone is also available during the wedding ceremony.

Genre specific sets of music and specific songs can be requested for no additional charge. Arrangements of songs are likely to be catered specifically for the event. The maximum sized group available is a sextet. Events that occur farther than 85 miles will be subjected to a $50-$100 travel fee.

As an multi-instrumentalist and arranger, Angel is taking cross genre performance to the next level. Originally from the small town Olney, Maryland she now performs along the east coast. Angel has been active performer since she was 16, performing in venues such as the historic Blues Alley Club and Sharp 9 Gallery. She has also performed in the John Coltrane Blues and Jazz, and MidAtlantic Jazz Festivals.
Currently, under the tutelage of saxophonist Chad Eby, she is pursing her bachelor's degree at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. In 2025 she was awarded 'Outstanding Soloist' by the esteemed Downbeat Magazine. She has shared the stage with artists such as John Clayton, Christian Sands, and Wycliffe Gordon.

-The group and I with bring our own extension chords. We just need the outlets.

-This avoids miscommunication and confusion the day of the event and create ease for everyone.
