It was a 1st bday and baptism celebration.He helped us develop our ideas for program, brought exciting suggestions and games that we could include, and even offered to help us welcome our guests before the event started.He had an extraordinary intro that added an extra flair and elegance to our party . Preparation – Meet with you in-person / via video call weeks before the event and help you with the creation of Event Entertainment Timeline or MC Run-Sheet that scripts a seamless transition between all your signature moments (Grand Entrance, Key Note Speeches, Dinner, Cake Cutting, First Dance, Party Blast and much more.)
Communication – Following the preparation phase, MC Pritam will prepare his script for the event including contacting the performers directly and obtaining all necessary details. He can deliver the event either in English or Hindi or Bengali or a mix of all.
Early Arrival – MC Pritam has a solid reputation for arriving early for events. He will make sure that he has allowed plenty of time to consult with all personnel who are critical to the smooth running of the event.

Easily adaptable – It is not unusual for the odd surprise to crop up at conferences and events. MC Pritam will handle all unforeseen circumstances in a professional manner.
My passion to engage with people and hosting events for community partners, music shows, and friends’ parties over the last 15 years, has provided me with the experience and the knowledge of all the tricks of the trade to be a great Host Emcee (MC) at your next event. From welcoming your guests and explaining housekeeping rules to facilitating games and coordinating speeches, I got you covered in all aspects.
Just to mention, I can have fluent conversations in three different languages - English, Hindi, and Bengali !!
The first draft of run-sheet materials must be provided to MC at least four weeks prior to the event date. This will allow MC to organize the MC Script that will mutually benefit the MC and his client. The final review of the run-sheet review is conducted 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
We advise our clients to provide a wireless handheld professional microphone (e.g., Shure SM58 or similar). We recommend having two sets of wireless professional microphones with spare batteries be made available to the Emcee. We do not recommend wired microphones just to eliminate tripping hazards and reduce mobility to reach the audience.
