February 10, 2023I recently had the pleasure of attending a performance by Maybe I'm Amazed, a Paul McCartney tribute band, and I was blown away by the talent on display. The lead singer was truly remarkable, capturing the essence of Paul McCartney both in terms of his look and his vocal performance. He even played the guitar left-handed, just like McCartney, which added to the authentic feel of the performance.
But what really stood out for me was the complex background vocals and guitar playing of Cory Clark. His ability to seamlessly blend his vocals with the lead singer was impressive, and his guitar playing was second to none. He added depth and texture to the music, and his contributions elevated the performance to a whole new level.
I was struck by how well the band captured the essence of McCartney's music, from the iconic basslines to the intricate harmonies. The attention to detail was impressive, and the band did a fantastic job of recreating the sound and feel of McCartney's legendary performances.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Maybe I'm Amazed and their exceptional talent. If you're a fan of Paul McCartney and The Beatles, I highly recommend catching this tribute band in action. February 6, 2023Maybe I’m Amazed (MIA) is the best tribute band I’ve seen. Their Paul McCartney is spot on and plays the bass left handed (just like Paul.) The band is made up of exceptional musicians, who all sing the complicated harmonies. Many tribute bands get by with a gimmick, but this band is extremely talented and puts on a show that the whole family will enjoy.

CPO who plays Macca in the show has been playing Paul in national touring acts Beatles vs Stones and Abbey Road for the past 10+ years as well as other Beatles acts across the world including The Liverpool Beatles, Beatles show at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Hard Days Night, 4 Lads from Liverpool, Sgt Pepper Beatles tribute, Beatlemaniacs and several others. He has also done several Wings and Beatles tribute shows with former Wings guitarist Laurence Juber. In addition, CPO has fronted Boingo Dance Party featuring Johnny Vatos and a rotating cast of former Oingo Boingo band members. CPO has also released several albums as a singer/songwriter including Wonderlove(with MIA drummer Dicki Fliszar), LPFM, Faul!, CPO & Co and several solo albums as Chris Paul Overall.
