Maureen Smith began playing piano with private lessons at 4 years of age, and has since been playing for over 55 years. She has had an extensive career performing as a solo pianist and singing pianist , piano bar entertainer for over 30 years in a variety of settings including; private parties, corporate functions, cruise ship, restaurants, hotels, weddings, seniors homes, theatre, etc. Maureen also had her own show band and additionally performs with other musicians with a duo or trio or band. She is also a recording artist , songwriter and producer with her own original CD, Spirit Songs of Inspiration.

Maureen was also an instrumental music teacher, band conductor and vocal music teacher in the school system for 20 years in addition to a private piano teacher, vocal teacher and performance coach.
