Attire

Performance attire is polished business casual, typically dress slacks and a button-down shirt. This provides a professional, yet approachable presence suited for rehearsal dinners, receptions, funerals, and community events.

With over 20 years as a freelance pianist and organist, a reputation for dependable, consistent reliability is brought to every event. Specializing in versatile cocktail-style piano, the focus is on jazz standards, Broadway favorites, classic pop, and timeless artists such as Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, and The Carpenters, along with select contemporary favorites, to create a sophisticated backdrop for rehearsal dinners and receptions.

Organ music is also available for funerals, ceremonies, and special services.

Technical Requirements

A smooth performance experience depends on a few basic setup needs:

• Instrument: A properly tuned acoustic piano or on-site organ (Hammond, Allen, Kimball, or Lowrey) is required and must be provided by the venue. A digital stage piano may also be used if available. A portable keyboard is not provided.

• Lighting: Adequate lighting should be available for the keyboard and music rack area to ensure clear visibility during performance.

• Outdoor Events: For outdoor performances, the instrument must be fully protected under overhead cover (such as a tent or permanent structure) to protect it from weather conditions.
