Biography
My name is Gregg Burgess. I have been in a government leadership role for over 20 years. Through my experience with military and government leadership training, I know what works and what does not work. I continue to grow as a person and as a professional in my field by attending multiple leadership trainings and conferences yearly. Most recently, I have attended the FBI Leadership Institute, which provides innovative leadership techniques in life and profession. Combining my professional training along with becoming a certified coach, trainer and speaker for the John Maxwell Team I have developed a program that promotes intentional living. I have a passion to lead you and your team into success both professionally and personally.
I love to be outside on adventures with friends and family. I recently explored the Northern Canadian Territories for five days in a single prop plane with only a back full of food and supplies. A month later, I took a two-day trip to climb Mt Shasta, which was a long-term goal of mine. On the summer weekends, my wife and I enjoy paddle boarding on many of the lakes Northern California has to offer.
