Mariana is an award-winning professional belly dance artist serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, renowned for creating elegant, unforgettable performances that elevate weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and cultural festivals.

Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Mariana has dedicated more than three decades to the performing arts. Her foundation began with classical ballet before expanding into jazz, modern, hip-hop, Latin ballroom, flamenco, and ultimately the rich artistry of Middle Eastern dance. This diverse training brings exceptional musicality, technical precision, and expressive storytelling to every performance.

Her journey into belly dance began in 2010 after attending a workshop with renowned instructor Najia of Philadelphia. What began as curiosity quickly became a lifelong passion, leading to years of intensive study, professional performance, and national competition.

Mariana’s artistry has earned multiple awards, including First Place in the Rising Star Tribal/Fusion division at the Jewels of the Orient Competition and the Best Taqsim Award at the Golden Age Queen International Belly Dance Competition.

Today, with more than 16 years as a professional belly dancer and over 34 years of dance experience, Mariana is known for refined costuming, authentic artistry, polished professionalism, and engaging performances that leave a lasting impression. From intimate gatherings to grand wedding receptions and corporate galas, every performance is thoughtfully tailored to the occasion, creating memorable moments for hosts and guests alike.

I am available to dance in any location- home, stage, restaurant, outdoors etc. Please ensure the dance space is clean, safe and children are seated (especially when swords and fire are present.
