August 9, 2026I feel like the communication just wasn’t really there. I messaged them a list of songs I wanted done, and I completely understand that people get busy, but I feel like they could’ve at least looked over the songs and gotten an idea of what the theme was. I also messaged them the day before to see if they had any questions and to make sure they were still going to show up.
Since it was my first time using this app, it was already difficult for me to know what was going on. When they got here, I was trying to explain that this was the house, and they kept looking at me without really saying anything. I eventually realized they were doing mic checks and getting everything set up, which I understand, but they could’ve easily communicated that to me instead of just looking at me and not saying anything. I think a little more communication throughout the process would’ve made the experience a lot less confusing for me.
