Mardez is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter. Mardez began his career in Dallas honing his chops in blues bars before moving to Austin, TX to play professionally and attend UT Austin. Since then as a solo artist he’s played hundreds of shows in the Southern, Western, and Eastern parts of the US along with attaining multiple residencies in Austin and Los Angeles at hotels including The Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina and the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa. Mardez performs jazz, pop, and blues covers utilizing his guitar playing expertise and smooth vocal style that can entice, amaze, and entertain any audience in attendance.

I’ve been a professional musician for 8 years and have played several hundred gigs at many venues, hotels, clubs, private events, casinos, theaters, bars and restaurants. I’m able to perform as a solo, duo, trio, or full band quartet. I perform pop, rock, blues, jazz, soul, and r&b covers along with originals if requested. My band and myself can provide all of our own equipment to perform the gig to your liking. We have the ability to perform up to 4 hours of material within the genres I mentioned.
