An accomplished percussionist, he has played the Bodhran with several prominent Irish music performers and Frottior with almost everyone in the northeastern Cajun/Zydeco community. Marc plays Bodhrans he has built at his shop in Westerly, RI. Marc’s song repertoire comes mostly from Ireland, the UK, and Northeastern US, with a significant focus on pub songs and drinking songs, developed through years of research in the field.
