May 23, 2026Mara brought such elegance and warmth to the bridal shower. From the moment she started playing, the whole room felt more special. She had an incredible way of reading the vibe — soft and romantic throughout, then upbeat and fun while everyone mingled and laughed.
Her talent is obvious, but what really stood out was her professionalism and kindness. She arrived early, set up quietly, and even learned the bride’s favorite song to play as a surprise. Guests could not stop complimenting her. Several people asked for her card before the day was over.

Hi, I'm Mara! I started playing violin as a Suzuki program when I was a toddler and have been playing ever since. I will graduate with my Bachelor's of Violin Performance and Pedagogy from the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music in May 2026. Over my past twenty years with the violin, I have gotten incredible opportunities to perform in competitions, solo performances, and in venues such as Carnegie Hall. I'm passionate about the healing effects of music and the way music can be used to develop character through gentle and consistent study of each instrument. I love getting to make moments special by providing music that is just right for the occasion whether that be a church service, wedding, or a birthday party!
Due to the nature of playing a delicate instrument, I need to be indoors or under a roof/covering of some sort. I cannot play in rainy or cold situations below 70 degrees without risking expensive instrument repairs. As a violinst, I can be sitting or standing which gives lots of flexibility depending on the venue!
