Phenomenal Speaker!

I have attended a few events by Manuel Diotte, and his latest one was my favorite. I walked away feeling inspired and ready to take my next action steps to fulfill my fullest potential. He is engaging with the audience, not dull or meaningless; you can tell he's done the work, so he understands what it takes. And we were all moved by his message. His words of wisdom were key. I would love to have the chance to hear him speak again!

"Affordable Speaker, Premium Feel"

I had the pleasure of attending Manuel Diottte’s presentation to live courageously and fear-less, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment they began speaking, it was clear that they not only had deep expertise in the subject but also a genuine passion for sharing their knowledge.
He delivered the message with clarity, authenticity, and confidence, striking the perfect balance between being informative and engaging. The talk was well-structured, full of valuable insights, and included relatable, real-world personal examples that truly resonated with me and the audience.
What stood out most was his ability to connect with the audience—inviting questions, encouraging interaction, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for open dialogue. It was a pleasure to learn from someone so articulate, knowledgeable, and approachable.
I would highly recommend Manuel Diotte to any organization or event looking for a compelling and inspiring speaker.

About

Manny was only seven years old when he underwent his first surgery. What he didn’t know then was that this would be just the beginning of a long and painful journey—one that would include at least one operation every year, sometimes more. Over the course of several years, he endured 59 surgeries, spent three and a half years in and out of hospitals, and underwent two years of chemotherapy and radiation. Against all odds, he survived. But the experience left behind deep scars—both visible and invisible—and a level of pain that no child should have to face.

In 1987, Manny traveled to Beverly Hills, California, to see Dr. Timothy Miller, the renowned plastic surgeon who had worked with Michael Jackson. The trip was made possible by the U.S. Air Force, honoring his father’s 23 years of military service. When Manny arrived at Los Angeles International Airport, something unexpected happened—something that would stick with him for the rest of his life. He spotted a Ferrari 328 and asked the owner if he could take a picture next to it. The driver not only said yes but also invited Manny to sit inside. In that moment, Manny felt like a rock star—a true celebrity. More than 20 years later, he still remembers how that brief, kind gesture made him feel seen, special, and alive.

Stage and Setup Requirements:

I aim to keep my setup simple and flexible to accommodate a variety of venues and event formats. Here’s what I typically require for an ideal setup:

Microphone: A wireless lavalier (clip-on) or headset microphone is preferred to allow for free movement on stage. A handheld wireless mic is also acceptable if needed.

Audio: Clear sound system suitable for the size of the venue, with the ability to play audio or video (if multimedia is part of the presentation).

Visuals: A projector and screen (or large monitor) for slides or video clips, if part of the presentation. I can provide my own laptop or send files in advance—whatever works best for your tech setup.

Stage: A raised platform or stage is ideal for visibility, especially in larger rooms, but not mandatory for smaller, intimate settings.

Lighting: Basic stage lighting to ensure I’m clearly visible to the audience (especially important for photos/video).

Water: A small bottle of water on stage is appreciated.

I'm happy to work with your tech team in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly. My goal is to be low-maintenance while delivering high impact. *I am happy to discuss all AV needs*

Influences and inspiration

My work has been influenced by individuals and acts who combine purpose with performance—those who not only entertain or speak but also move people to think, feel, and take action.

From the past, I’ve drawn inspiration from motivational legends like Les Brown and Zig Ziglar, who mastered the art of storytelling with heart and humor. Their ability to connect with audiences and shift perspectives left a lasting impression on me.

More recently, I’ve been influenced by speakers and performers who lead with authenticity and vulnerability, such as Eric Thomas, Inky Johnson, and Simon Sinek. They remind me that real impact comes from being real—sharing not just success but struggle, too.

I’m also inspired by everyday heroes—survivors, mentors, and changemakers—whose lives reflect resilience, purpose, and service. They’ve helped shape my message and my mission.

"I believe in hard work and heart work, and I have the joy of delivering both." -Manuel Diotte
