Bio Mangrove Mike - Mike started out playing publicly in the late 80’s with the Low Places band in Southwest Houston. After the band decided to go their own ways, Mike continued solo. In 1994 Mike decided he would continue as a solo act concentrating on Jimmy Buffett covers and Classic Rock. After moving to Montgomery County in 2010 he started adding country tunes to his arsenal of songs.
Mike doesn’t use backing tracks as he feels that playing a guitar with his heart and emotions is a far better stage presence.
