The client agrees to pay the following fees and expenses. The fee for this presentation is:
A non-refundable 50% deposit of $__0__ is due by upon receipt of this agreement to secure the engagement date. The remaining balance of $__0__ due on the day of the event.

Travel Expenses:
Expenses to be paid by ______ include round trip full coach airfare, ground transportation, lodging and mileage (when they apply).
• Magie will arrive at least 1-hour prior for screen check and sound check

AV Requirements:
• One clip-on microphone, one wireless handheld microphone (with stand), and audiovisual projection capability to be able to play a video and/or show photo slides.

Equipment and Supplies:
• One table (4-6 feet long) One bottled water. Magie will have product to sell at your event. She requires volunteers to assist with these sales. Magie will instruct the volunteers one-half hour prior to her presentation.

Recording:
• Client grants permission to Magie Cook to have a camera person(s) take pictures and/or record his performance if she chooses. Client grants permission to Magie Cook to use said photographs and/or recording for Magie Cook’s promotional use in print and/or internet-based media. If travel arrangements do not include Magie’s personal assistants, she will require volunteers to assist with recording her presentation. She will instruct the volunteers one-half hour prior to her presentation.
