About

Anderson is an innovative leader who has experienced developing educational programs in two countries. He has developed a Language School in Brazil and a Preschool program in Missouri. He was the lead layout designer for what was then the 3rd largest billboard company in Vitoria, Brazil. He has a track record of successfully interacting with parents, students, faculty and staff of all ages.
He served as the President of the board of directors of a private school with 35 years of superior education. Designing curriculum, developing programs, and effective communication are a natural element flowing from his almost 20 years of hard work.

In addition to a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as the ability to apply appropriate instructional methodologies, Anderson has combined experiences overseas and in the United States, as a businessman, an educator and a minister. His background overflows with tremendous multicultural, innovative, and educational drive which enriches his public speaking engagements. Mr. Maestri has published six books.

Indeed public speaking is a natural progression for this enthusiastic educator, since the years in front of a classroom carried off the former fears. As a teenager, Anderson suffered from a crippling stage fright. To stand in front of an audience was synonymous to jell-o legs, nausea, and involuntary “muteness”. A few projects in school helped him loosen up, but the real jump onto the stage took place when a professional musician took Anderson under his wing, and had him tour with him, and perform in front of a variety of crowds, from 4 to 4000. It was like ripping a band-aid off.

After that trial by fire, Anderson went from fearing to embracing the stage. His undergraduate work as a Bible major only solidified his ability to take on public speaking. Now, Anderson has over ten years of ministerial work; therefore, delivering speeches is a regular occurrence in his schedule. However, his experience addressing audiences go way beyond the preacher’s pulpit.
Anderson has delivered speeches to athletes, businessmen, and students. He has worked with small groups, large crowds, and everything in between. His rapport with all age groups has facilitated his current position; furthermore it has made possible the natural progression as a public speaker.

Another factor enhancing Mr. Maestri’s proficiency is his eclectic background. He left the business world to become an artist. However, after two years as music major, and a long story, he completed his bachelors as a Bible major. Before becoming a preacher, he would spend some time in the educational trenches as a junior/high school teacher. Now as a YMCA Director and author, Anderson revisits his business background to deliver workshops, keynote speeches, and lectureship addresses.
